        We placed an online order but it kept giving an error message when we got to the window. The 3 girls in the window started yelling at us when we tried to explain what was happening and then told me to shut up. Exact words by them were YOU SHUT UP! You told me shut up no you shut up! I and we had never told them to shut up but asked whats going on with our payment as it said it was charged 3 times. They continued yelling and things got heated so we got our stuff and left. I have the order number, and time of when I was at the window so you can check your footage and see for yourself. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour by your staff.
