Tim Hortons

A young Chinese or Asian lady with glasses along with her East Indian coworker buddy were very disgusting and very unprofessional. There is flies all over the food they are so proud to serve. Very rude to their patrons. If anyone dares to confront them for their literally nasty behaviour, they scoff and make fun of the customer.. I wouldn't be surprised if they tainted the food purely based upon an innocent but rightful concern.. it was so foul.. please fire these two young women, as they are causing trouble for your franchise/business. This is not good behaviour. I didn't receive my refund for my disgustingly made meal. I would love for you to hire proper workers. Not dirty people

They didn't put cream in my coffee, so I had to decide to either walk back from my gate or drink it black. They also didn't bother to heat up my pastry, which made it not very nice. Apparently, Tim Hortons no longer displays a clear complete price list, something one would think they have should have to do, but the staff seemed put out that I asked about the prices I couldn't find listed and that I paid by gift card.

They won't accept your Tim's card, which was surprising. And considering its location, I guess I can't expect much. The one thing I will give it is. I appreciate that the prices aren't atrocious like the rest of the food and drink at the airport. Thank you for that, and for that I'll be back.
