Rude customer services So it's been awhile as to the last review I was explaining to them that I had a replacement order they weren't having it I was told to give me name it would be taken down although it's been so time I had been here few times since I been back in Winnipeg as I am from Calgary once again rude rude customer service even from the manager yelling from behind a couple of staff I never get no call I got yesterday I say it wasn't yesterday all they kept saying is no no no so I didn't bother I just get my order and leave. There service is discussing. Please advise them if there is no customers there is no job. Customer satisfaction is highest in their line of work No sorry let me look into to this.... Retrain needs to go on here

The manager that works morning is a extremely rude person. I have never seen such a angry swear filled and just generally bitter women.

Your staff need to work on their customer service skills. I get asked to pull over to the front left. I get it your trying to make window times. But I say no because I am making a right turn and shouldn't have to loop at their convience. It's why I go to the drive through window for I (the customers convience) most times I just order an ice cap and a wrap which I know doesn't take long. As soon as I say no. I get an eye roll and the staff become very short. And basically shove my items into my face. Often times they arnt done to spec either. Which I normally don't say anything about because I get it. I too work customer service. How ever I uphold a higher state of professionalism and I deal with people drinking. I will be honest if I ever recognize them if they ever come to my place of work. I will provide them the same service and attitude that I have been provided.
