        Ordered a bagel with cream cheese...it's $2.99 for the cream cheese alone and it was mostly on just half my bagel. It's not like a hamburger to be eaten with both sides stuck together. My daughter ordered one afterwards and it was the same. My Dad went up and asked for it on both sides and they said it's " standard " put on just one side. The ladies argued and he ended up asking for a knife to spread what was on there himself. How about not arguing with the customer and fixing the issue by

        Today, I went and had coffee and Bagel. The employee naned Chona was very rude. She didnt mixed my coffee well and stared at me when I asked a hot bagel instead of the cold bagel served to me Very disappointed
