There were four employees on the floor and only one who I got the name of which is Harpreet and she was accompanied by another female and two males.
At this point I've been standing in the lobby waiting to be helped for 30 mins!! But was actively being ignored.They had all looked at me at some point but didn't say a word.
Finally !! When I was helped by the other young lady working, I could tell say wasn't happy she had to be the one to help me.. she had a very unpleasant look.
Overall, It just gave me the feeling that I was not wanted and I was ready to leave...

I got my breakfast wrap before my iced drink and watched two people get their meals plus drinks before me. So what kind of service is this?
I'm not happy. I don't like my food getting cold... if I'd known my drink was a hassle I wouldn't of ordered one.

Blt with sausage and egg with plain bagel.
Gave me plain bagel with egg and sausage.
Told them the order was wrong and the heavy set filipino women was very rude and decided to give me a lecture on my order and argue with me.
Never going to this location again. Youre welcome you lost a customer. Hope youre happy.
