The single worst Tims in the city. Staff are incredibly rude, like gosh what the heck, and incredibly slow like how can it take 20 mins to get a double double and a Boston cream donut, just how! On top of all of this it can get very crowded as its a relatively small space the Tims is at. Tims please, take a better look at this location, either scrap it and let another chain (like McDonalds) run it, or run it properly.

This is the worst service and client service experience I have ever received from any Tim Hortons. I prepaid my order, provided my name and waited patiently with order number on the receipt. After waiting over half an hour watching staff calling out orders with zero reference to order numbers or name. I walked away to avoid missing my flight with no product. I have contacted Tim Hortons Guest Services multiple times to provide the opportunity to the owner or Tim Hortons to make things right to no avail. It is a matter of principle and I don't like seeing people get ripped off. There is also no phone number to reach the owner or manager. Tim Hortons corporate guest services states the inability to do anything other than to refer the matter to the owner as this is a franchise, which is disappointing and incredible.

Besides being very slow, they never have anything that's on the menu. I ordered Chilli and ended up in a hospital from food poisoning. Also coffee u always get the stuff from the bottom of the pot.
