Though it's further from my home than the rest of the walk-in clinics, I'd rather go here. A wait time is acceptable, and the nurses are attentive and supportive. The place itself is well maintained and clean.

I attended this clinic for 10+ years I never received the proper care for my back now Ive lost 4 inches and i more pain than ever. I was never taken seriously my my nurse practitioner. I have spinal stenosis, 2 slipped disks and never had MRI I am now, thanks to my own care and investigation am getting proper physiotherapy that I did not receive here!

We came to this clinic just today because my son is not feeling well. We follow the walk-in procedure. We are suppose to be next in line but the receptionist inserted two people before use. The receptionist told us that those two inserted have appointments but I clearly hear them registered as walk-in. I am really disappointed! If there is zero star, I will not hesitate to give it to this clinic.

As of recently, I had a good experience with walk-in. I went during dead hours and it was about a 10 minute wait. Clinic is clean and they have comfy chairs. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were all friendly and insightful. I recommend trying to go when its not packed. During busy days it can be brutal and wait times can be extremely long. Line ups can start outside. Best advice is to give them a call before-hand and ask them for an average wait time.
