        OUTSTANDING customer service. I have an Epson printer that needed warranty work. Epson instructed me to take it to I.G Office Nesa. I had never heard of the place. Considering the work was warranty and some issues came up (with Epson NOT I.G Office Nesa), the staff truly provide great customer service when they really didn't have to.

        This is the way customer service should be.Outstanding! Sheldon provided excellent customer service. We required pick up and delivery. We have a large Epsom printer that had paper jams and wonky printing. Sheldon provided the finest service I have ever encountered. Price was very fair. Everything he did was absolutely professional from pick up to delivery.These are the only people you want to deal with for any printer problems. They are the best.

        Excellent work. Purchased a laptop on online auction and it would not get out of repair loop. IG Office told me the mother board was gone but the computer was still under warranty. Sent to HP and they are replacing the mother board, about $800 fix for 0 cost. IG Office is very professional and efficient. Thank you.
