Called them out of the blue because they were close to home for me and I was desperate to get my suddenly unbootable (turned out the SSD failed) laptop running again. Luke looked after me quickly (I had the computer back to same day with a new drive and all my data intact), communicatively (he kept me informed every step the way and let me decide if I wanted to continue with the old drive or install a new one), and at what I considered to be a very fair price. He'll be my go to guy from now on!!

LAF Computers retrieved valuable information from my laptop that I thought was lost forever. Luke was very professional and efficient. He offered flexibility around my schedule for picking up and dropping off equipment and charged a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend LAF Computers.

Luke is very knowledgeable and competent in looking after our IT issues in our office. He is good at communicating the problems and solutions to those of us who are less knowledgeable in a way we can understand. It's clear he does his best to run a business of good service and integrity.
