Pembina on the Red

Building and building manager is undoubtedly amazing. We have rented an apartment number 705. The apt had bugs, which was damaging our skin so we wanted to break the lease n move out but the owner wantes us to live there no matter what, he neither allowed us to sublet or to break the lease, infact wanted us to pay for the pest control as well. Somehow, we went to the tenancy bramch and broke the lease. but he did put a claim on us for 7k , his name is prabal ghosh. please never ever rent out 705. or from any private owner they are just greedy he even herrased us that he will go to court and all that.

It was the first and worst experience with the landlord. Undoubtedly, building is very nice spacious and well maintained by decent and professional resident manager. But the landlord of apt 705 is greedy. He will be very nice to rent it to you and at inspection he will send someone else who does not know what and how he gave the apt and tried to charge us for the things. Also, they do not know the definition of cleanliness. To your VERY VERY VERY cleaned apt they will say it is not clean just to make money. From my personal experience please do not rent it and if you have enough money to just give it away please take 705
