Visitor parking spaces are much too small. No drop off space. Clean building.

Its a very nice building close to a couple of parks in a very nice part of the buildings. They get a lot of traffic through there lot consisting of people passing by to the gas station on the corner. It's got a drive through Tim Hortons across the street if you are the sort that needs a double-double before you can start your morning commute. They have had ongoing problems with the handicap operator on the front door which may make the building difficult to get in or out of if you are in a wheelchair. The typo in very large font on the front of the Fire Safety Plan catches my eye every time I go by it (I guess no one else notices it)
