Bella Vista - Luxury Living

We have lived at Bella-Vista since it opened several years ago. So far, we have been more than satisfied. Tha staff and management have been excellent. Any concerns are promptly dealt with prompt, efficiant and most of all friendly attention. The neighbors are great and the building quiet. All common areas are ummaculatly maintained. Highest of recommendation.

I was new in the city and looking for the perfect place considering many aspects like school grocery stores and transportation apartments with minimum required amenities like washing machine and dryer inside the apartment dish washer kitchen equipments all I got in here. I am really thankful to the leasing office staff and caretaker staff of Bella Vista luxury apartment thank you for your all time support and help required at the time.

My wife and I have lived here for two years now. We also had a problem with our washer. This was a machine manufacturer/ distributor supply chain issue beyond the building owners control. That said, the issue was effectively dealt with promptly. Any minor concerns that have arisen have been easily resolved in a friendly professional manor. The building is quiet and we have fine neighbors. We have just renewed our lease and that should say it all.
