Constant banging and screaming from a tenant, I have complained so many times and nothing is being done. Just found out another tenant on the first floor also has been complaining because its stopping her child from sleeping as it goes on until 3am sometimes and starts back up at 4am. I also have my 2 year old niece here sleeping over sometimes and it has made her not be able to sleep. We know who the tenant is that is doing this. Nothing has been done and we have both complained multiple times. Not even a letter was sent out and I was told it would be, she was also told the same thing. No one cares about what goes on here so if you want a place to party this would be it !!! This banging and screaming is not good to hear constantly and is terrible for mental health and anxiety and my spouse works very very early and he has been very affected at work. Its not safe to have this happening constantly as it gives us lack of sleep, and puts us on edge. I pay rent and I shouldnt have to deal with this. Nor should anyone else. Constantly dusty in my suite because of poor ventilation and the man who came into my suite to drill more holes for vents left all the dry wall dust and didnt put down any type of poly or tarps. , I wouldnt live here. Louise Taylor is a really bizarre individual and is creepy and disrespectful also. She refuses to help anyone.

No double about it they are very beautiful inside but they are not sound proof with poor ventilation. The front part of the unit was nice and warm but as you go further into the suite it gets colder with the door knob to the outdoor space covered in ice. Upper management lacks the ability to provide proper service to their tenants.
