Parkhill built us a beautiful home this past year. Derek and Lori are a dream to work with and made us feel like family. Their team in the field and at the office are always friendly and courteous, and the trades that they hire are top-notch. Their skills are evident in the superior quality and craftsmanship in our home. Everyone we worked with was very clear in every step of the process and never tried to up-sell us on anything. Derek is extremely knowledgeable and will let you know exactly the price of any given feature--there were no surprises, even with our limited budget. Lori also helped us sell our previous home and did a fantastic job.
