Building our dream clinic with Iris Construction turned out to be a very positive experience. Hamilton, our project manager was so good to work with, very responsive, cooperative, understanding, accommodating and had high standards for all trades. They did a great job and we are thrilled with our new space! Simply Radiant aesthetics thanks you!! Nice working with your team! Would highly recommend.

Unprofessional management team, lacking core competency, integrity and values of partnership and respect with contractors. Hassle to deal with and constant deferral by all levels from project management, to finance to ownership when confronted for non-payment. Will drag small businesses down and their families, causing mental and financial stress, leaving small contracting businesses out thousands of dollars. But, the management team at Iris does not care as long as their pockets are heavily lined. Collecting payment from their customers while they receive their up charges for their percentages on work completed while delaying, or refusing payment of invoices to the contractor. In the end, they are pocketing labour earnings to none of which they completed directly.
