Capital Industrial Sales & Service - Forklift Rentals & Parts

We sent in an older forklift for repairs and ended up getting charged for parts that were never replaced and work that was never completed. When returned to us it ran, drove, and operated worse than before. We ended up sending it to another company who confirmed that the parts and work were not replaced/done. Very disappointed.

I had pretty bad experience dealing with Capital Industrial Sales & Service Ltd.Initially they pulled out a fund which is 800 dollars from my account without any notice, the things is the billing i should pay is actually 385.02 bucks, when i noticed and phoned them, even no apology at all, just threw out that's pre-auth. Not to mention i asked their manager that the bill was supposed to be 2 hours which is 140 bucks, why ended up bumping up to 385.02, he explained and said will get back to me with why the tech changed air filter of my forklift and some other stuff without telling me i also asked. Then i waited for the whole day, no phone call no email. I just wonder how this company runs business with their clients for years? Personally i don't want to associate with them any more.
