Had meetings with owner starting in May about project. Required multiple meetings (several canceled last minute) to provide estimate/ discuss project. This was frustrating but everything sounded good, seemed nice and knowledgeable. Final estimate was never received in July as promised. Owner stopped responding to all communication in August without providing a reason. Unable to assess actual work, and very disappointed in this process as this set our timelines for completion back substantially. EDIT: Owner sent a response the same day as this review was initially posted stating they cannot complete the requested work (proper structural support for front and back porches, build new steps).
