        For nurses I am sure they are great but for HCAs they discriminate and do not appreciate them. McCare gives nurses several dollars more than the typical salary in hospitals while HCAs get $20.00/ hr max (it's $21.17 for WRHA, going up to $23.00 with the new contracts ). McCare gives nurses a $40.00 per diem while HCAs do not get any per diem at all. Their invoice sheets are confusing and not user friendly. I haven't received a badge in the 8 momths that I have been working for them but they say Im required to have one when I go to facilities. McCare never gets back to you about anything (Humanity scheduling app access, missing hours, badge creation) or maybe it is because Im just an HCA.
