I'm regular customer at this store ,but yesterday I was disappointed. I was looking for my husband a birthday gift and I prefer to pick by my self but stuff was coming to me every 5 minutes and asking to help me I v been told them I will call if I need help but the feelings was I'm shoplifter, and I'm left store because I never steal and I'm also working in grocery store ,so from this time I decided shopping at at other places.

I really dont see whats the problem with this store by reading everyones negative reviews. I was greeted with a warm friendly welcome and was directed to the right sales associate to assist me with finding foundation. As I was waiting, the other sales associate smiled at me that made me feel safe and welcomed in the store. The woman that helped me find the right foundation was very knowledgeable and would always ask before applying to my hand to find correct colour and then applied onto my face to see the results. I was so surprised how it helped hid my eczema, how light weight the product is and actually stayed on budget! My experience at this store was amazing and never felt more confident than ever. Ill definitely be returning to this location in the near future!

Avoid this location if you can. Staff are rude and will ignore you even if you try to make eye contacts to get their attention. They are all busy chit chatting among themselves. None of them seem to want to work. It seems like this is a usual occurrence from this location based on the reviews. Came in on April 11 in the evening and was completely ignored. When I was finally able to get someone to help, the lady looked annoyed that I bothered her conversation with her coworker. She was too busy chit chatting that she wasnt paying attention to who she was originally talking to and ended up giving the products I asked for to another customer who came in waaaaay later than me. Very disappointing as the product is also always out of stock. Maybe if she was actually doing her job and stop hanging among themselves then their service would be much better. Staff in this location seems to be the typical stuck up girls who picks and chooses who they want to help.
