An associate named "Taya" helped me (that's the name that showed up on the receipt). I came in to buy a gift for a friend and she was very kind and helped me create a perfect gift bag. Thank you very much Taya!

The Body Shop sent out e-mails that their Spa line was being discontinued and the offer was buy one get the second for 50% off. I bought the same product a couple of months ago and I bought 2 and the total cost was just over $63.00. Today I went back and bought 2 more and paid just over $60.00. I don't see how that that works out to be 50% percent off the second item UNLESS of course they raised the price and made it.look like it was a deal. Not impressed and wo n't be shopping at body shop anymore.

The service was just awful today 03/26/2023 Winnipeg Outlet, there were 3 girl consultants, each doing their own thing, drawing each other and laughing and not even looking that there were people in the store, and when we wanted to pay, she came over displeased and paid, when I asked me to give me another product to try, she haphazardly scattered the product and applicator sticks and then told us "you can go" with a very displeased face as if we were disturbing her fun with the consultants. and then she continued to laugh with other consultants when there were still customers in the store, I got so angry and this is not the first time in this outlet with the same girl, I will write to the head office, this is ruining your whole reputation, I love this brand , but I have no desire to enter, service -0

Oh yes I had an order that had a discrepancy in it and the representative I spoke to I cant remember her name but I know she told me she was Serbian and their office and warehouse is in the United States but she made three phone calls back to me went beyond what I expected to correct a discrepancy in my order and ship to me my items that were defective it was coming from the another province and I was very surprised to get it so quickly. And this customer service rep was absolutely amazing! I have used their products since they opened their business in Manitoba absolutely love some of the more subdued Scents and theyre completed product line. My number one stop at Christmas time and birthdays for gifts! Or have a basket made theyre outstanding!
