        Understand why they have a locked ATM after hours, but living downtown next to this ATM it would be nice if they had an ATM open to the street.

        This has gone from an efficient customer based Credit Union to a "lets be the biggest Credit Union" under this Board. As the systems went down for the latest "merger" Nov 18, 2022 and the systems are not accessible to pay bills etc Nov 22, 2022 (15:25) this board should resign. I have been with one of the original C.U.'s for 40 years and I am planning on moving back to a Bank based on the past four years lack of service, lack of service and questionable decisions.

        Your staff @ Pembina branch allowed a police officer who is my nephew into my safety deposit box illegally! He stole a piece of evidence against him. He used his grandfather's POA to Gain Access to my box. Yous were scammed by this officer. I want his name to file a complaint to the Professtonal Standards unit oof the Wpg police force!
