This Lawyer is a complete waste of your time and money. He had 2 years to build a strong case and failed. He ignored to use a witness, he was unresponsive, took 3 months for him to fax a reputable contact which could have shaped the case. By the time he did get around to it. After the 3 months I had been hounding him, it was too late. He brought in and charged me for a toxicologist who was completely useless to the testimony. Note that the toxicologist said he was "retired and recieved no money for his expertise" yet Mark Wasyliw found it appropriate to charge me for it anyway. Arrogance and incompetence go hand in hand with this character. $8000.00 wasted in his "efforts". If you are facing any type of charge, you can trust this fellow will not achieve desired results, but tell you he can. Don't trust him. Also to add, he was late the day of sentencing, another unprofessional quality he possess. He let the courts know by txting the prosecuting lawyer! Maybe a behind closed doors deal was made who knows.
