        I rented from Les about a year ago, very beautiful home! We received our damage deposit back and got all of our receipts. No issues filing for my taxes and he was always very punctual! When we decided to move into a bigger home (we were expecting), he came to personally deliver a package that went to our old address!

        Les proved to shady and greasy...does not return damage deposits...keeps personal property and makes excuses to not return stating that there was none even though there is solid proof there was...untruthful and hangs up the phone when confronted with the facts...do not recommend any rental property with sytko as a rental place he represents
