It was an absolute pleasure working with the entire team at Bluestone Homes. They are young, energetic and thorough professionals. They took the stress out of building a custom home. Sunil Sharma, the owner, was always accessible via phone or e-mail and provided extremely valuable advise every time we reached out to him. He made us feel at ease and we knew we could reach out to him anytime we needed guidance. We moved into our house a couple of weeks ago. We are very pleased with the quality of workmanship and quality of materials used. Any minor issues we identified during pre-possession walk through were rectified to our satisfaction immediately. Bluestone Homes were fantastic to work with building our infill home. They already owned lots in our desired neighbourhood, and were willing to work with us within our budget. We were handed the keys to our house on time despite Covid overlapping with our build, a real project management miracle. The house is gorgeous, and we are very happy with the end result. A while after moving in, we noticed that in very high winds a tree was knocking into the roof. Within a week of making the request, Sunil had an arborist out with a bucket loader to cut back the tree and inspect for damage. Being able to get a hold of a builder quickly, and having them take care of something that quickly is awesome. We have no regrets choosing Bluestone and would recommend them to anyone.
