I went in for the swedish massage, and it was lovely and relaxing. The ambience was pleasant and soothing. The staff were friendly and kind. I will definitely go again. Thumbs up!

I always enjoy my experience at Spa Botanica. The atmosphere is a calming one with a very pleasant staff. I usually go there before a trip away for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure. They are always improving their services.

UPDATE: Thank you to the team, who provided me with a half refund without me having to return to the spa. It made it a very simple process. Again, great customer service which is really appreciated!! I won't be coming back for a manicure anytime soon. The technician was very apologetic on how my nails turned out. I tipped her because I appreciated her time and energy, but this manicure was not worth the time or price. Giving 2 stars for the nice atmosphere and friendly customer service... And that's about it.
