Deck City - Custom Decks, Screen Rooms, Sun Rooms

I was mislead by the information provided to me in initial meetings with Deck City. They assured me my project could be done well within my budget. I provided a deposit and after the design process, they presented me with a new estimate that was almost double the initial estimate and much higher than my stated budget. It was incredibly frustrating. They also said the deposit of over $1200 was non-refundable. I felt duped. I tried to appeal to the owner for a partial refund of my deposit but I didnt receive a response to my email. I took my business to Glastar Sunrooms and theyve been spectacular.

Deck City finished our project last week and it looks fantastic. The workmanship is excellent (thank you Spencer and Ben). I have no hesitation recommending Deck City.

This is the second time I have employed them to design & build a composite deck for me. I were very happy the first time & when I moved I used them again to replace a deck that was falling apart. The guys that came to do the build were friendly, polite, prompt & efficient.
