About 10 times my food has been delivered to the wrong address. I make notes on my account to make sure it's delivered to the right place, as it can be confusing. This time I forgot to put down my unit #, and when the driver went to the wrong address completely the support person blamed it on me for forgetting my unit #. SkipTheDishes used to be a good service. In the beginning. You would think having competition would make them step up their game, but they have simply gotten worse over the years and it is the customers who are paying. I've given this company numerous attempts, but for my peace of mind I have to stop using their service. I leave clear instructions on my order so that people can find my place, but at least every other order doesn't end up getting delivered, and there is never communication from the courier. If the order is delivered at all, it's usually delivered to a neighbour or the instructions are ignored entirely. This is unacceptable. SkipTheDishes seems unconcerned with this, though trying to get a refund for something I never received is like fighting a bull. That is without including the times my order has been opened or visibly leaking. I cannot recommend this service to anyone; it's not worth your time and energy.
