Even if Im in Toronto Im definitely keeping Dr. Jay as my dentist! They know my tiny mouth the best and never hurts me due to that! Very trained and makes me feel like family every time!

Had no problem with Dr Yee,she was excellent imo but reception doesnt answer phones or return calls. I phoned and left 3 messages but she said she only had one which she didnt respond to anyway.This was the second time I had placed several calls with no answer and no call back.I switched dentists today

MASKS ARE NOT A REQUIREMENT OF THE DENTAL ASSOCIATION EFFECTIVE JULY 1st (2022)- they recommend but not require. "Protocols must not restrict access to care or quality of care you provide". NO PLACE who claims to care about your health should pass off inaccurate medical info that they claim they are citing in order to charge you 2$ for a single mask (most places are selling a box of 100 masks for 5$- or flat out trying to get rid of them). If this place is willing to pass off inaccurate medical information to make a couple bucks it's a red flag.

Office is charging for a masks to wear for the 10 seconds it takes you to walk from the reception desk to the dentist chair even though it has not been a public health measure for almost a year. Such a MONEY GRAB.
