I saw Dr. Rykiss today and his compassionate and caring manner as well as his incredible knowledge of things I did not understand absolutely reinforced why I put 100% of my trust in him. Very grateful to have him looking after me!

I have been a patient of Dr. Rykiss for many years. I do not have full dental benefits anymore.and since then his treatment of me has been poor.my last visit was May 12.On that day I was to receive a filling. My dam was put on too tight. When he was starting it was like an attack was happening, The drill coming at me full force. He saw me struggling to breathe something he would be able to see from my behaviour. I thought there was something I did wrong. This was a very frightening experience and I believe his assistant should have known. I will never deal with him again. No wonder some kids are afraid of dentists.

So I missed my appointment due to an emergency. Now they are charging me a 50 fee, which I understand. The worst part is that you can't book another appointment unless I pay the 50 fees with a credit card before booking another appointment. I am going to pay the 50 but this is the last time I go here again. Plus, I won't refer anybody here. The ladies on the phone are very rude. This is bad for businesses.

Dr Wotton is great and amazing. Super gentle when it comes to freezing. All dental procedures were a breeze. Overall great friendly experience with such amazing staff
