Dr Friesen, Dr Nikoluk and all the IDental staff have provided me excellent dental care for over a decade. I get quite anxious when dental work is being done due to some childhood dental trauma but I feel calm, secure and confident in the care they provide me. I had gotten great dental care since 1988 from Dr Spiegel who originally started the clinic and prior to his demise he wisely transferred ownership and clientele to Dr Friesen. Dr Spiegel would be pleased to know his clinic and clientele continue to receive such good service. I highly recommend iDental.

Staff is always pleasant and cheerful. They fully explained what procedures they would be providing, before starting and clearly outlined and provided enough details of any future or outstanding procedures, that would be planned ahead. Everything was thoroughly covered or discussed and every question or concern answered or addressed. Leaving no ambiguity or uncertainty, regarding all or any details remaining, with what work lay ahead. They paid attention to every detail and any work done was to the best or highest standards. Great quality work in all and service too. They showed me that they take the time and have the patience to put your mind at ease and in the end, ensure that you are satisfied or walk away happy, with their service and work and are comfortable while being there. Very pleased coming out of this Dental appointment. Thank you to the team at IDental.
