I been going to dr bronstein half of my life but the receptionist should retire like I called on the weekend and left a voicemail but they never called me back then I have to call them again its like playing phone tag with the receptionist

everything is great except for the receptionist, i first noticed her hostility the literal first time i was there. and i started to think mabye she just had a bad day. but no, every single time ive came back ive seen her be almost RUDE to everyone she talks to. whenever i have seen her on the phone talking to people i see her roll her eyes and snap at people if they dont understand something. i even asked other people if that one receptionist was kinda a jerk and they said YES so it is a constant in all of my experiences going there. everyone else is fantastic though. no complaints in any other factor. but youre supposed to have a friendly face or atleast someone not MEAN at the front desk and boy did they not have that.

Been going here for years, Dr. B does not mess around, best dentist i have had(and I do not like dentist's). He works accordingly to your tolerance levels. Good man!

the woman the from desks .. is a rude person .. she talks to you as if you were begging ... when I went for a cleaning .. I gave her my information and for those days l was ei so I would not have to pay but the same day I made the appointment for my child but my child have health insurance from his father ... a few days they sent me the bill of my procedure ... when I sent it for (eia) I went and told them why and she told me that as my son had insurance ... and the woman began to raise the voice and very annoyed at that moment was with her another girl at that time and she told her to calm down my point is that the person in front does not have a good attitude for the public shouldn't work on that ... .. should be noted that the person who did the procedure was very professional and friendly!
