Vandor Denture Centre

Its been a journey for Brock and myself. It started approx 6 years ago. I was recovering from cancer treatments which included chemotherapy and radiation. I had several complications and teeth loosening was one of them. Unfortunately at the time I thought it was the end for my bright white smile. I had to loose some teeth. I was scared to death but fortunately I heard of this denturist and Brock eased all my anxieties and fears. I told him I wanted the my new teeth to look exactly like the ones I lost due to my treatments. He made them look exactly like the ones I lost. He knew how important that was to me. Brock is a miracle worker. I cant begin to explain how grateful and blessed to have Brock work on my new smile. From the moment you walk into his office you are greeted by his support staff like you are family. Not once did I feel uncomfortable. I would highly recommend Broke and his staff to my family and friends. So if you find yourself walking into his office expect to be treated as family. Five stars doesnt seem enough and like me you will definitely would give him 100 stars if you could. I thank you Brock and staff for the excellent care I was given. Shawna Goodison.

My experience at the Vandor Denture Centre has been exemplary! With each visit, I was met with friendly, professional staff who exercised endless accommodation and comfort. Immediately following my appointment, I was made to feel part of the Vandor team and family! My denturist (Brock), tutored and educated me in all procedural complications in implant technology from the preparation session to its conclusion. The end result was amazing! My experience with Brock Vandoor was very negative. I had a consultation to help me decide what procedure would be best for me. I am tired of reading in the Lance about this place. It was a very unprofessional and cold interaction with this denturist. Matthew and receptionist seemed nice but Brock runs the place. He pretty much dismissed me when I had difficulty deciding on what would be my best course of action. He scribbled down a few figures and gave me very little help. I think he is big on seniors wanting implants and then he is probably real friendly to them. He never smiled or even said goodbye or hope to see you again. I found Brock Vandoor to be very insincere. I had to write this review because I got sick of him puffing himself and his business up in the media. He is not what he seems.
