Canadian Tire

I went to there for summer tires change. After the service done. I always hear a sound when I turn right. Back to there a week later, paid 80 dollars for inspection, staff told me that they did nothing wrong. The sound come from my rusty brake. Today I went to BMW dealer for brake pads change, they told me that because Canadian Tire put incorrect rims for my tires and rubbing on suspension. Thats why theres a sound when I turn right. I paid extra 200 dollars for fixing the problem. I come back to CT asking for a refund, the auto manager said no. Only refund me 80 dollars. The manager is not friendly and listening, he says they did nothing wrong! So ridiculous! Really disappointed! Im no longer a CT customer

I booked an appointment on Monday 4:30 pm, but it was Victoria Day (22/05) so there was another person called my to reschedule the appointment to the next Tuesday 11:30 am (23/05). He told me to come on Tuesday and he got all the information and details of the car, he said that there is no mechanic in store on Monday so come on Tuesday then. And on Tuesday, I got them a call before I come and surprisingly, the appointment has changed to Tuesday (30/05) without telling me and that person confirmed that "there may be an error". No, thank you!
