Kind staff, also Dr was willing to help anyway. Will be comfortable if I ever go there again.

Everyone here is reviewing the admin as if this is her business.. it's not. Can we keep the reviews specified to the dermatologists? Might be more helpful... Here's my review... Dr shepps saw me when I was dealing with minor issues. He has been great and transparent in what my directions are and what I should be using/doing to better improve my situation. I've never had an issue with him... His secretary also talked me into staying and I can say she is a true gem to that office. If you take the time out to be nice to these people, rather than get mad for waiting, you'll see it for yourself. Their service is really good and they are incredibly friendly.

Do not listen to the negative reviews here if you actually care about your skin. Dr. Sheps is probably the best derm. In the city: So of course he is busy, but the receptionists are lovely people and he is an absolute expert in his field. You might have to wait to see him but the wait is worth it. Ive dealt with many physicians and Dr.Sheps is the only dermatologist I would trust to help treat my skin disorder. There simply isnt anyone more experienced or knowledgeable in Winnipeg. If you want the best , then this is the physician you need to see. In terms of knowledge, treatment, and experience , there is no one that can compare.

My review is not based on the receptionists not wearing masks when patients and doctors do. Dr. Tran is kind and professional. I was in and out with follow-up appointment booked in 20 minutes. All my questions were answered and I brought everything, that I use, with me. She looked at me thoroughly and took a very small biopsy. She emailed my prescription to my pharmacist right away. Receptionists were both attentive, polite, and professional. I was in line for Dr. Trans receptionist and the other one asked me if my appointment was with Dr. Tran. I was referred here by my doctor in August and my appointment was this morning. Thats expected when you see a specialist or dermatologist. Well worth the wait. Very impressed, highly recommended. Thank you Dr. Tran.

No bedside manner! Some years ago, my daughter (6 at the time) had a growth on her back. He squeezed it and she cried out due to the pain. He cursed her -- my wife was speechless.
