the receptionist dont give us a call/reminders anymore about the appointments nor remind us about the babys shot but as a first time mom i should know all this, right? just a little incompetent dr nazar is great but if ur having immediate solution dont call them cos no ones going to answer and theyre always fully booked, no space/schedule to talk to your own peds even a quick 5 minutes of their time

My kids had been with dr Nazar for the past 11 years. But the new secretary was horrible she will put tou on hold for ling when you call and before the old secretary prior to this new one will fit you in asap if like 3 days my daughter has been vomiting, the new secretary doenst care. Horrible patient care

Dr is great but the staff is horrible. They pick up the phone in 3 rings BUT they put you ON HOLD for 10-30 mins!!!! I have been trying to book an appt for my kids for the past few days but couldn't get any help!
