Do not do business with these guys. They called me yesterday to rush to do my renewal, with the outbreak and other costs I've had recently I didn't want to do the renewal and pay the $100 as I didn't NEED it right away. Well the man who talked to me got mad said I should have called (keep in mind they were going to call me at 12:50 to do the renewal but he called me at 10am to confirm which is when I told him) and he thought he hung up as I could overhear him saying awful things about me to the person next to him. Completely unprofessional.

WORD TO THE WISE! - They Charged me $200 for "admin fees" and I was "not allowed" access to a tangible copy of MY personal perscription. These people are just in it to make a buck. After being denied access to my perscription I left and went to National Access Cannabis. The staff there were much more knowledgeable and pleasent. Patient intake/Dr's appointment costs nothing and I was provided with copies of absolutely everything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT CANNACONNECT!! Very disappointed

They were helpful with getting my prescription but I wish they didn't restrict you on which lp's you can choose. It doesn't say anything about that on the website.
