        I have been a patient if Dr. Permack for over 39 years. My father was a patient and now so is my son. Dr. Permack and his staff are always friendly, accommodating and very thorough. Dr. Permack likes to get to the root of the problem before prescribing any medication as I find with myself, and my father who had several health issues. Both Dr Permack and his staff are compassionate with any issue and always take the time to inform you of any alternatives. Im lucky to have them as my family medical team. They have more than earned their title when it comes to awards.
