Dr Rehal Medical Corporation

This place is absolutely atrocious. Dr. Satnam Nijjar SHOULD NOT be a doctor as he dismissed the concerns of my daughter and her reoccurring migraines. He brushed it off as simply issues with stress even though she has headaches lasting up to 14 days per month. As a mother, I pushed to have this further investigated as Dr. Nijjar took our complaints lightly. Turns out, my daughter had a tumour growing in her brain and if I didnt push for answers, she wouldnt be alive today.

This clinic drives me absolutely insane.. Dr Nijjar is helpful.. if you can ever get a hold of anyone in the office to make an appointment. But 95% of the time no one answers, you cant leave a message and when you do get the office admin on the phone she is rude and disrespectful. I also strongly disagree with the practice of being re-referred for new issues.. once you are a patient of a Doctor.. you are their patient and should not require a second referral if something new comes up.. this is just a greedy, money-grab and bad business.. overall very unhappy with this place.

I wish I could give this place a better review, as Dr. Nijjar has been nothing but helpful, but his receptionist is so rude and disrespectful. Every visit i have had was like walking on eggshells and she is short with you and blames you for everything. I have had to call in multiple times to remind her to schedule things or get documents, and she gets mad at you for calling back even though she is the one who forgot. Today was my last straw as she was so unbelievably rude.
