Excellent care and relaxed atmosphere. The doctors go through a thorough check list and answer any questions you might have. True it is not a general walk-in unless you have a family doctor here, but there are two signs stating this: one before you walk into the building, and one at the front desk. This has been the case since May 2022.

ive been going to this place since i was an infant, medical needs aside, but one of the receptionists who started working there in the past id say ~3 years has been absolutely horrible. since you have to call to make appointments, we usually just make all of our appointments at the same time and on the same call. we always say were making X amount of appointments, why does she hang up after the first one is booked? so we call again with a different person speaking for us, but this time we get some attitude when pointing out she cut us off on the last call. and even then, ive had 3 separate times where she booked me in for 1, i get there and they tell me my appointment is in fact at 1:30 or 2. this would be a bigger problem if i were busy, but this is to be expected at this point. we are rather close with our doctor, when we need samples taken for specific reasons we usually just call and ask for the paperwork to be ready and we pick it up, the other receptionist allowed this. not this one though. when someone in my family called because they needed a sample taken and just needed a paper, she said not until you come in to see your doctor her appointment was a whole month and a bit away, what if she had developed sepsis? in this situation she was already needing a second round of antibiotics. she didnt listen whatsoever or even try and move her appointment up to help her be seen sooner. to be so quick to shut someone down when they have medical concerns is not only rude but borderline inhumane. youd think with the amount of bad experiences with this woman we would have gotten her name by now, but its one of those things that you never really think of in the moment because youre so blindsided by the fact that someone working with sick, injured people (even if they arent providing the care themselves) can be so apathetic and dismissive. again, everyone else there has been lovely, but this receptionist is making it very difficult to even want to go see my doctor.
