Never spent more than 5 minutes in his office. Never did a thing to help me. Receptionist is so rude too. I changed neurologists and my quality of life has improved getting my seizures under control. Go to HSC . GO TO SOMEONE ELSE!! Save a few steps.

I took my daughter to see this doctor and he was so rude & has terrible manners. He didn't help us at all, today we got answers after 12 years that we never had before. Don't waste your time here!

I like Dr. Pacin and have had good experiences with him after going to see him for a couple of years now. What I find frustrating is when hes out of office for 1.5 months for vacation (which is long but I can deal with that) and the voice message says reception is in office twice per week answering messages/consulting with Dr. Pacin and after leaving multiple messages over the span of nearly three weeks Ive heard nothing back. I can understand being away for an extended period of time but there needs to be some sort of continuity of care when a patient has concerns (and is told by their family Dr. to reach out to him).

Dr. Pacin has always been professional and kind to me. He is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended. I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Pacin or his staff.
