        Purchased A 5 KW Boiler With Parts Costing Over 2 K Used To Heat My Concrete For A Newly Built Garage --I Had A Professional Installer Install The Unit--It Ran For 3 Weeks Then The Element And Relays Failed--I Was Told By The Installer The Element Was Faulty--To Return It For Warranty--Garry At Concept Who Was Very Rude When Speaking To Him--Rejected The $130.00 Claim Due To Dry Fired Element--Faulty Installation--Go Figure---If You Want To Take A Chance With This Fly By Night Company--Just Be Warned Of My Experience
