Nice staff, nice relaxing office and treatment rooms. It's a small clinic, so there aren't 25 drills and people rushing around and talking all at once. Very positive experience.

I had my root canal done on January 21, 2020 and have nothing but good things to say about my entire experience. I spent the last 3 YEARS putting off this root canal because I have serious phobias with dentists. I had a great experience, with absolutely no pain during the procedure. I also have no pain now (almost 48hs later). He was so gentle and his receptionists and assistant were both so nice and accommodating. They had classical music playing in the background. As much as I hated getting it done, I don't think it could have gone any better. Would recommend this office and Dr. Chu in a heartbeat!!!! Thank you so much for finally fixing my tooth!!

The assistant was nurturing and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. chu was nice and did a good job.

Was referred to Dr Tyler by my dentist for a root canal retreatment. Dr Tyler, his assistant, and the receptionist were all very nice and the office very clean, in fact you had to remove your footwear at the door. It's also a very new and modern looking office not that it's overly important. I was offered some water before we got started and was offered the use of a restroom before I left. I will say the procedure took longer than I thought it would, about 2 hours, and it cost a bit more than I expected it would. I'm not sure why I was charged to remove the post my dentist installed previously or why that was even necessary to be honest nor why they charged an additional $90 for an exam as if they aren't charging enough as it is but it is what it is I guess. Would perhaps have been nice to have been informed of the length and cost of the procedure beforehand I suppose. As for the comment from Irene previously, wanted to say I think the only person being rude here is Irene herself with her overly negative comments. First I want to say i've had a fair share of dental visits over the years and it's not uncommon for dental freezing to not hit the mark, it happens. Secondly dentists chit chat all the time in experience, nothing wrong with that, i'm sure you chit chat with your co-workers too while doing your job. I just felt her comments were uncalled for.
