        Terrible customer service, impossible to get a hold of. Took 1 minute to disconnect service, and then its a huge inconvenience to get reconnection. No compassion. Spoke with a rep named Jim and he had NO customer skills. Would rate 0 stars!!!!

        Terrible website that does not offer the functionality Manitoba Hydro presume... I called and was on hold for over 3hrs before hanging up still with no solution to my problem... No private sector business would survive with service this bad!
