        Lady up front said I needed to fill out a form online to come in, I did that then she says I shouldve told her before submitting first which is ridiculous, then she gives me a paper form with the exact same questions to fill out basically doing the same thing twice for no reason, she has attitude the whole time, absolute horrible person to be dealing with customers, contracters or whatever, give the option to fill it out on paper, or on phone, dont try to force people to use the phone, also if they do use the phone just let us fill it out and move on, you shouldnt have to look at my phone or answers before i try to continue on, never seen a company handle screening so poorly
