We constantly rent different equipment from C&T Rentals, and I have to say that I was extremely impressed with their level of customer service from Ahmed. From start to finish, the entire process is seamless and hassle-free. When we first called to inquire about renting different equipment, the representative on the phone was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to answer all of our questions without any hesitation. They also provided us with a clear and concise breakdown of all of the costs involved in renting the equipment, which we really appreciated. When it came time to pick up some of the equipment, the staff at the rental location were just as friendly and helpful as the person we had spoken to on the phone. They took the time to make sure that we had everything we needed to get the job done safely and efficiently. We felt like C&T Rentals went above and beyond to ensure that we where satisfied with their services. Ahmed checked in with us periodically to make sure that everything was going well, and when we returned some of the equipment, they took the time to inspect it and make sure that there were no issues. Overall, I would highly recommend C&T Rentals to anyone looking for rental equipment. Their customer service is truly exceptional, and it's clear that they truly care about their customers satisfaction. We will definitely continue using them again!
