        They force for follow-up appointment. Didn't give me my last prescription without taking another appointment. This was totally wrong. The person over the phone was very rude. NOT recommended.

        I called today (Sept 16, 2020) to book an appointment to have my frames adjusted. The gentleman who answered the phone sounded very rude and busy. Why answer the phone or even provide a number for customers to call if you are too busy to stay on or answer questions. I had some questions but I was cut off mid-sentence and told in a very rude way, my concerns will be addressed during my appointment. I was very disappointed because I have experienced some excellent services with them in the past. Being in a pandemic is no excuse to act or talk down to customers. It would have been 5 stars for me otherwise.
