A typical spa that prioritizes making money over providing services that will actually benefit the client. My partner and I went in for skin consultations to address various skin concerns. First off, instead of listening to our concerns, the staff seemed very motivated to push products; claiming that brands we were using werent effective yet were recommended by actual medical professionals. In addition, since Ive worked in the spa industry for several years, I offered some suggestions for what, I thought, would be beneficial. Instead of acknowledging what the client wanted, they pushed for other services and didnt even offer up information on the services we were interested in. After a bunch of research and positive testimonials, we both went ahead with the recommended services. After the treatment and following all the aftercare instructions, not only did the treatment do absolutely NOTHING, they didnt even treat the skin concern/area we both addressed at our original consultation. I understand sometimes results may vary from patient to patient but after spending $500 and being recommended the treatment as the most effective option, one of is shouldve seen some improvement. If Im being completely honest, Ive gotten better, overnight results from drugstore products, like the ordinary (and Im not a fan of that brand). This clinic is a joke and a scam, shouldve listened to my gut considering the spa was empty the 3 times Ive been there. If you want treatments outside of a typical facial, see a dermatologist!

I always have a good experience at visage. Jamie is very helpful with advice for procedures. She is very knowledgeable and caring! I always feel safe and welcome at the visage clinic on provencher.
