        Walking in there definitely brightens your mood. Greeted as soon as you enter , calming environment, which continues to an overall calming experience. Very recommend.

        Went to West Kildonan Wellness for a first ever massage. I was very apprehensive and was not sure how I would feel about it. It ended up being a super experience! They make it so relaxing and comfortable. I felt like I lost 10lbs when I walked out. That sense of weightlessness... The room was clean, great ambiance with soothing background music. My masseuse was friendly and put me at ease immediately. I will say she did a great job based on how light and limber I felt afterwards. She offered alot of good advice on how to keep from getting knotted muscles etc.. great experience overall!
