Kept losing the worker that we were suppose to have due to the pandemic, then the supervisor cut everything that we had been told we were getting off with no explanation and a lot of lies and excuses.

Absolutely Disgusting and scandalous, vexatious and baseless allegations are made against indigenous peoples living in the communities that family dynamics serves. This organization should be red flagged, never work here. They are out dated and will talk behind your back and judge you falsely in a heartbeat if you seem somewhat intelligent. They are not transparent. There was an attempt by the Family dynamics to give preferential treatment to specific non indigenous clients, hired their friends whilst the administration attempts to delegitimize and discredit qualified indigenous peoples and minorities In order to preserve and enhance the opportunities of their friends. DO NOT EVER WORK HERE RUN FOR YOUR LIFE Family Dynamics has done and continues to do great work with communities of all backgrounds across Winnipeg which is something we are proud of. Its sad that the hate and racist attitudes and racial insults by superiors and coordinators are going to be punished with a slap on the wrist and continue to go unnoticed as they inflict colonialism and insert their power over the less fortunate. Please watch them closely and hold them accountable. Thank you
