I had a great experience with Jen from Fairway Divorce Solutions. She was such a breath of fresh air while going through a difficult time. She always answered any questions I had and responded to emails promptly. Jen always made me feel comfortable in our meetings and made the process an enjoyable one. The menatal and emotional process of separation/divorce is one you are never prepared for. Nahannai is amazing. She helped guide me and made sure I was understanding everything along the way. Made it difficult for me to get the notes from my interview so I could give it to my lawyer. A big part of me feels this is because we didnt go with them for mediation. They wanted $8000,00 and nothing is even submitted for Court, you have to do your own filings at an additional cost to you.

Going through a marriage separation is emotionally charged, complicated, confusing and is a life altering event. It can also be EXPENSIVE! If you and your partner feel you can work "together" and not fight over every small detail, then Fairway is your best bet. Nahannai was amazing to work with. Kind, fair and looking for solutions, not problems. She was always available and easy to talk with. Our legal separation was completed in 4 months and we saved thousands of dollars in legal fees. I loved the Fairway focus on positive parenting plan and the step by step approach to completing the separation process. It was and still is a nasty situation to be in, but at least it was efficient, more budget friendly and we both felt supported and heard.
